The Caravan is in excellent condition and is sold due to a move into a motorhome. No pets or smokers.

It will suit a couple looking for the convenience of a fixed bed and an end washroom or a family with children who can sleep on the front double or use the bench seats as single beds. 

Moving back through the caravan, the well appointed kitchen has a Spinflo 3 ring gas hob, Spinflo Duplex combination grill and oven (rarely used), a 107 litre 3-way Thetford fridge with a full width ice box, stainless steel sink (with drainer) and a factory fitted stainless steel 800w microwave oven. Aft of the kitchen, the bedroom can be separated from the rest of the caravan by a privacy screen and features a large offset 'French' double fixed bed, with a comfortable mattress.  The frame can be lifted up on gas struts to access the storage space underneath. Opposite the bed is a wardrobe with a hanging rail and lots of space for clothes.
