Attractive and well established park home estate in Suffolk
The residential park was developed in two phases over several years. The first phase commenced in 1982 and the second in the early 1990s. The Estate was developed by a very experienced Norfolk based holiday park and leisure operator who have developed several parks across Norfolk. Highgrove Close is located in the heart of Lowestoft giving great facilities and activities on the doorstep.
Highgrove Close is located centrally within the residential area of Lowestoft, to the west of the town centre.
The main A12 coastal road runs through Lowestoft, providing access to Great Yarmouth and Norwich via the A47.
Highgrove Close Mobile Home Park is accessed via Fir Lane, which adjoins its south eastern boundary.
Whats it like to live in Lowestoft?
Lowestoft is a perfect place to live….If you like living in a small town by the seaside, it does have a really nice beach.
Lowestoft is very good for shopping, it has all the main shops like Tesco and Asda and Morrisions and a few retail stores etc. Another plus Norwich City is only 30 Miles away and that takes about 45 Minutes on a train to get there. Great Yarmouth is only 10 Miles away with more shops and there is also a nice beach that only takes a hour on a bus. This is perfect if you want to go to the shops for the day.
Lowestoft has a Circus and a fun fair that visits once a year and stays in town centre for a week, and a Theme park on a 59-acre site between Corton and Gunton, near Lowestoft not to far at all. This is open 7 months a year called Pleasurewood hills.
Markets and Carboots….There is always a carboot to attend to in Lowestoft in the summer, or just a short distance travel around Lowestoft area, open from April to October. Corton Playing Field Car boots and Kessingland Car boot sale are quite popular with food stalls to grab a bite to eat and all a short bus journey away.
Takeaways, cafes, Restaurants, Fish and Chip shops….Loads!!! in Lowestoft Town centre and around Lowestoft, no shortage there, restaurants with all different cuisines to suit everyone’s religion, choices and culture.
