Cancellation Policy

BeeFirst Media Limited. believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

14 day cooling off period is provided for all customers

Beefirst Media Limited. does not accept cancellation requests unless the customer establishes that the quality of product/service delivered is not at par to the standards of requirements that was communicated or agreed upon.

In case you feel that the product/service received is not as per the scope of the project defined by you or as was mutually agreed upon, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate action.

Refund Policy

Full refund will be made if you cancel our services within 72 hours of making the payment or inside your 14 day cooling off period.

The balance will be credited to the account from which you made payment within 14 days of cancellation.
