LIVING AREA

The living area is spacious and light, featuring parallel seating with good under-seat storage. Plenty of overhead storage too. Alde Wet Central Heating System keeps it nice and cosy in winter.

KITCHEN

The kitchen has a fridge, oven, microwave and extractor fan. We really liked the extra space provided by the uplift worktop extension! Large draining board and dedicated storage.

BATHROOM

There’s a spacious rear washroom with separate shower cubicle, toilet and wardrobe (with light and lots of space for clothes on shelves and rail). See floor pan in pictures above.

OTHER FEATURES

The 20W roof mounted solar panel is especially useful if there is no mains electricity where a caravan is stored as it does keep the battery topped up for the alarm system. There’s an external BBQ point with 230 v socket.
